Server Unban

The Unban package removes any ban [Except Perm/TOS & Cheating Bans] from The Palms, restoring your access to the server so you can get back in game.

🔒 Requirements

Only purchase this after your ban appeal has been approved in a Discord ticket. Appeals must be reviewed and accepted by staff first — buying this package without an approved appeal will not get you unbanned, and will not be refunded.

🎁 What's Included

• Ban Removal — your in-game ban is lifted and your account restored

• Processed Within 24 Hours — handled by staff once your purchase is confirmed

⚙️ After Purchase

1. Have your ban appeal reviewed and approved in a Discord ticket.
2. Complete your purchase here on the store.
3. Your unban is processed within 24 hours.
4. If you run into any issues, reply to your existing Discord ticket and a member of staff will help.

⚠️ Before You Purchase

• This package covers normal bans only [not Perm/TOS or Cheating] — check your ban reason before buying, as purchasing the wrong unban will not be refunded.

• This applies to your in-game ban and does not remove a Discord ban. That is sold separately.

• Unbans are not applied automatically and may take up to 24 hours to process.

• Being unbanned does not clear your record — any further wrong behaviour will result in a permanent ban with no further appeals.

• All purchases are final and cannot be refunded once the unban has been processed.

• If you have any questions before buying, reply to your Discord ticket before completing your purchase.
