How do I get my items after buying?
You don't have to do anything. Packages are delivered automatically to the FiveM account you signed in with — join the server and they'll be on your account.
How long does delivery take?
Usually a few minutes after payment. If you're already in the server, rejoin. Still missing after that? Open a ticket in the main Discord with your Tebex receipt.
Which account do my perks go to?
The FiveM account you sign in with at checkout, so sign in with the same account you play on.
What payment methods can I use?
Tebex handles payment and supports cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and a long list of regional methods. Available options are shown at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are donations that support server costs, so they're non-refundable once delivered. If something went wrong, open a ticket in the main Discord and we'll sort it out.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. Ranks billed monthly renew until you cancel, which you can do at any time from the Tebex payment portal link in your receipt email.
