Discord Unban

Made a mistake and lost access to our community? The Discord Unban package restores your access to The Palms Discord server immediately, so you can get back to the community, giveaways and support channels.

🎁 What's Included

• Immediate Discord Unban — your ban is lifted as soon as your purchase completes
• Full Server Access — rejoin the community, support channels and giveaways
• No Ticket Required — the unban is applied automatically, with nothing to submit

⚠️ Connect the Correct Discord Account

Your unban is applied to whichever Discord account you connect at checkout. Double-check you've linked the banned account before completing your purchase — if you connect the wrong account, the unban will be applied to that account instead and cannot be transferred or refunded.

⚙️ After Purchase

1. Connect the Discord account that is currently banned.
2. Complete your purchase here on the store.
3. Your ban is lifted immediately — rejoin using our invite link.
4. If you still can't rejoin after a few minutes, open a support ticket or contact a staff member directly.

⚠️ Before You Purchase

• This unban applies to our Discord server only and does not affect any in-game ban.
• Purchasing an unban does not clear your record — further rule breaches may result in a permanent ban with no further appeals.
• All purchases are final and cannot be refunded once the unban has been applied.
• If you have any questions before buying, contact a member of staff before completing your purchase.
